Orders

Before checkout, please ensure that you've looked over all product details, polices, and jewelry care instructions, as well as, that you've entered the correct mailing and email addresses. Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number! 

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped much sooner!

Note: For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time on your order as it has not yet been made at the time of your order placement. If I believe your order will take more than 7 days for production, processing, and shipment, I will send you an email to let you know approximately when your item will be shipped! 

I offer free shipping (to the United States) on your first order when you sign up for my email list! Please ensure that if it's your first time shopping with me, and you’ve signed up for my email list, that you use the code sent to your email at checkout, as the code cannot be applied once you’ve already placed your order! This code can only be used once per customer at this time. 

Refunds & Returns

I do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. However, I may make an exception under certain circumstances. If you have a return request, please reach out to me directly with a detailed explanation, and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you!  

To ensure that your order is exactly what you want, please again make sure that you've looked over all product details, policies, and jewelry care instructions thoroughly, as well as, that you've entered the correct mailing address. If ordering a ring, please also make sure that the ring size is correct!

I do not take responsibility if you've entered the wrong mailing address. However, if you reach out before shipment with the correct address, I will do my best to correct any errors! 

Additionally, I do not take responsibility or offer refunds on items that may becoming lost or stolen. 

Note: If your jewelry arrives and is found to be damaged or 'faulty', I will happily fix the item for you, granted you have reached out to me directly within 14 days of the original delivery date. In this case, I would send you a free return label. If I find that the item cannot be fixed, I will issue a refund for the item and all postage! 

Artist Note -  Please keep in mind that all of my jewelry is made by hand, not by machine, and therefore will also look handmade <3
